Cheese BallWhether it’s something snappy for dinner tonight, a speedy solution when friends call around, or something new for the lunchbox tomorrow, let us come to the rescue with our collection of brilliant cooking tips and tricks which will to add a touch of dairygoodness to nearly any meal, quick smart.

Say Cheese!
  • Drizzle Australian blue cheese with honey and serve with walnut bread. 
  • Moisten slices of Australian haloumi or raclette with water, toss in flour, fast fry in a hot oiled pan and serve with salsa or lemon wedges. 
  • For an impressive summer salad, top cubes of watermelon with sliced Australian feta and mint leaves.

  • Pop a small container of your favourite dairy dip such as French onion, avocado, or tzatziki with vegetable sticks in your child’s lunchbox. 
  • Crack an egg pies are a delicious lunch treat and can be made ahead and frozen. Simply cut the crusts of a slice of bread and push into a muffin pan, crack an egg inside then sprinkle with cheese and ham, bake until golden then cool.
Speedy Snacks
