The Innovation in Dairy Manufacturing Award is a Dairy Australia initiative that aims to foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the Australian dairy manufacturing sector.
Through this award, Dairy Australia and the National Centre for Dairy Education Australia (NCDEA) recognise the outstanding final year student in the Diploma of Dairy Manufacturing.
Each Scholarship comprises cheesemaking tuition at the National Centre for Dairy Education Australia, experiential learning placements with National manufacturers and an induction to the Australian Dairy industry.
